Sapienza University in Rome is a complete and structured ecosystem with over 700 years of history, and as such it needs fitting strategic consultancy. P&U was up to the challenge, certain of its personal aptitude for solving complex problems, as well as its determination to guide customers to success. By reconciling strategic and communication objectives, the implemented project developed a strategic digital model, which was integrated and shared by the various stakeholders: Central Administration, Faculties and Departments.
To achieve this objective, the Agency performed a careful analysis of Sapienza’s communication model based on big data, marketing analysis, brand reputation mapping, listening to students’ opinions and studying them. The activities involving digital and analogue detection and qualitative and quantitative data engaged the team in the field for over 3 months.
