The Polk&Union team keeps expanding thanks to its Health Division that drives growth and closes 2021 with a +20% turnover increase

New professionals have joined and enhanced the Italian American digital communication agency: the recently created Polk&Union Health Division has accelerated its growth

Polk&Union, the Italian American agency with offices in Rome and Seattle that specializes in digital communications and integrated marketing, keeps on growing and extends its team. Between 2021 and the first days of 2022, P&U has enlarged its staff by about 40%, integrating new professionals to hold positions that are strategic for the agency, thus reinforcing the new P&U Health Division.

New entries and still unfilled job openings 

The Content Team has grown with a new Head of Content and two Digital Content Specialists, just as the Client Service has been strengthened with the addition of a new Account Manager. The Digital Team, which leads the growth, is actively seeking a new Digital Lead.

Again, Polk&Union is always looking for new talents: job openings include an additional Art Director that will join the Creative department

The Polk&Union Health Division

P&U celebrated its first ten years in Italy in 2021, and last September launched Polk&Union Health, an entire division of certified experts focused on the Healthcare and Pharma sector: a strategic choice that has drawn on the experience and specialization gained alongside national and international customers such as Pfizer, Medac, Menarini, MSD Merck, Bristol, Myers-Squibb, Viatris, European Hospital, Omikron, TrovaSalute, supporting their requests for renewal with exclusive digital services. Indeed, the health market, which is highly regulated and bears great responsibility, is not for everyone, and requires experienced communication experts with vertical knowledge, who can operate in a complex and constantly evolving field. The P&U team makes its know-how available to customers for the construction of new communication and marketing ecosystems: from strategies and the production of creative and original content, including technical-medical materials, to their digital distribution.

Polk&Union, established in 2007 in San Francisco, arrived in Italy in 2011 and has been present in the US since 2019 with offices in Seattle.

In the last three years, the agency’s turnover has grown by 100%, while in 2021 the acceleration of the new Polk&Union Health Division stands out with an enlarged portfolio and a 20% turnover increase. “With a view to 2022 – concludes Tiziano Vitale – the estimated growth in revenues is close to 20%, supported by realistic goals, a solid market strategy and – most important – substantial investments in human and technological resources“.
