Is it possible for the healthcare and pharma sector to open its communication to interactivity and innovation?

We accepted with enthusiasm the challenge of Pfizer Italia. They choose Polk&Union for the restyling and repositioning of Cigaretteless, together with the web portal about quit smoking. We developed a double track digital communication strategy, intended to reach both professionals and consumers.

In a field where outdated and standardised aesthetics prevail, our graphic concept shines for its creativity and appeal.

In the healthcare field, contents and information are always in the foreground. To this aim, we gave substance to our project with a diversified content production: scientific and educational articles, eBook, animation video and a new graphic concept: these are only a few of the tools we created to meet Pfizer’s expectations.

For users in search for clear and simple information we created an attractive and easy to navigate website. We supported the area dedicated to professionals with content management activities and enriched the consumers’ area with a social media strategy based on informative and engaging contents.

The quit-smoking issue is a very sensitive theme for users and professionals who care about their health. Stimulating a conversation in this field is important to start a debate, to which users participate sharing their successes but also their moments of disappointment. In our view, this is the right approach to transform a group of users into a community, highlighting shared experiences and emotions.
